To Be Healthy
All people know that health is the most important. But how to be healthy? People think about this question for over thousands years. Here are some advice for you to keep healthy.
First, take plenty of exercise. Not stay inside all day. We ought to keep taking exercise for every day. Taking exercise is really good for us. It can make us healthier and healthier, stronger and stronger.
Second, get enough sleep. Children should sleep for nine or ten hours each day. Adults should sleep for eight hours each day. Sleeping is quite important, if we don’t get enough sleep the first day, on the second day, we will feel very tired. That’s not good for our health.
Third, be happy every seconds. Laugh is the best medicine. Truly, happiness is the most important.
If we keep on obeying these three rules, we will be more healthy.
