                                                                            My Little Parrot

I have a parrot whose name is “Lemon”. It is covered with green and yellow feather. Its tail is blue and a little black. The beak is yellow and the claw is sharp. With a little fat and round body, this is how the name comes from.

My Lemon loves to eat yummy birdseed very much including corns and cookies. First, it flies to the big food box. Next it pecks the seed with its beak lightly and quickly. A few times later, there are many shucks on the ground.

Once, Lemon was making noise in the cage, so I walked to the cage and asked curiously: “What’s the matter?” Then it nodded gently to me and flew to the swing which was hung in the cage. It swang the swing and enjoyed itself. The swing was swayed higher and higher. I clapped my hands and said happily: “Lemon is so great! You are the best performer!”

Lovely and clever, that’s my pet Lemon.
