                                                                    A fun trip

In the summer holidays, I went to Chimelong Birds Park which was a beautiful place in Panyu district of Guangzhou.

First, I walked to the flamingo island. There were two kinds of flamingo, one was red and the other one was pink. They were pretty. Did you know how they slept? They slept by one leg!

Next I went to the crocodile island. The island had more than 30 crocodiles. Some were sleeping on the shore side. And some were swimming in the water. One adult crocodile was 4 meters long and weight 300kg. They looked like stones because they slept for 18 hours a day.

Then I ran to see the colorful parrots. Theirs color had green, blue, red, yellow, white, grey and black. Can you imagine a parrot could say “Hello!” to me? It was so polite that I clapped my hands to it.

This trip was wonderful. I will come back soon.
